Back Order PolicyBackorders-
In the event that we don't happen to have one or more of your items in stock, and we can not get the items from the manufacturer with in five working days we will notify you right away via e-mail and or phone , at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item's. If there are multiple items on your order we will ship the items that are in stock right away. We will then ship any items that are on back order once they come in. You will not be charged any extra amount for shipping. If you do not want your order to be partical shipped please let us know. This only applies for orders within the US and APO's or FPO's.
All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item.
We will keep in constant communication with you in order to keep you up to speed on the current status of your orders!
We suggest that if are ready to deploy and need your gear right away the best thing to do before ordering is calling us at 888-770-9990. If we do not have an item in stock our sales department can help get you an item that we do have in stock. Many times as FREE upgrades!
