Manufactured using a specialized high-density ceramic core backed with a composite of layered aramid fiber, and finished in a black nylon anti-spall cover, this ceramic/composite insert plate is used for upgrading body armor to defeat high velocity rifle threats. Monocoque construction allows this high performance product to have a comfortable fit. Five year warranty.
