The BDS tactical Ruck Kidney Pad is made of 1000 denier cordura for strength and lasting durability. The Kidney Pad attaches to the ALICE Ruck frame and  Features 2 layers of thick padding for comfort.  The kidney pad features adjustable 2" waist straps to secure the pad to the body.  Overall pad dimensions are 20"x 7".
