A 9X9 Leg panel subload covered in PALS webbing for attaching modular pouches.
Three rows of PALS webbing with six slots from the bottom and one row of four slots at the top.
Attaches to Duty or Rigger belt with a 2" quick detach hanger.
Attaches to right or left thigh with two 2" adjustable leg straps with double layered elastic at the back of the thigh where it is least likely to undergo abrasion.
